Black Stallion Oil and Gas Inc (OTCMKTS:BLKG) reported the appointment of Irving J. Prentice and Mr. Case Lewis to its Advisory Board. The CEO said that they welcome the expert geologists to the company’s team. They bring extensive experience to the board which will prove beneficial as company move forward with its development plans.
Highlighting the professional background, Black Stallion reported that Mr. Prentice is a proven finder, manager and generator and seasoned geologist, with extensive experience in the exploration industry, including drilling more than hundred wells with a 84% success ratio on close-in projects without 3-D, and success ratio of 100% with 3-D.
Black Stallion stated that Prentice started his career as an Exploration and Development Geologist some forty years ago. He was associated with Texaco and made successful prospects in the Hosston and Sligo and formations. During his association with HUBCO Exploration, Inc., he assessed and generated prospects in Texas and Louisiana, promoted them to market partners, and headed the exploration team. He also assessed production purchases, managed production sales, and handled different aspects of directing operations.
Talking about Lewis, Black Stallion reported that Mr. Lewis is a registered Geologist, representing almost a decade of extensive experience in the mining and Oil and Gas industries, while contributed in large-scale exploration projects in three continents. He started his Career with Advantage Oil & Gas, where was a part of oil and gas exploration program within Saskatchewan and Alberta.
Mr. Lewis brings his recent experience of consulting geologist to the company from reporting to field exploration, corporate GIS database engineering, 3D deposit modeling, project management, evaluating data and information, NI 43-101 compliance and preparing presentations and recommendations.
In last trading session, the stock price of Black Stallion Oil and Gas Inc (OTCMKTS:BLKG) jumped more than 14% to close the trading session at $1.74. The gains came at a share volume of 706,447 compared to average monthly share volume of 313,277.
