Dover Downs Gaming & Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:DDE) has received compliance for trading on New York Stock Exchange. In an announcement recently the company stated that it has regained the compliance with the NYSE’s share price continued listing standard. The company received a notification on January 2, 2018 that it has satisfied the standard of NYSE by virtue of the fact that as of December 29, 2017, the average closing share price and the closing share price of the common stock of the company over the preceding 30 consecutive days of trading were in compliance with minimum threshold of $1 as required by NYSE.
