Sysorex Global Holdings Corp (NASDAQ:SYRX) reported that its Lilien Systems gets a place in the list of the 65 Prime Contract Holders under the CIO-CS contract by NITAAC. It is a multiple-award GWAC and is a ten year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity deal with a maximum value of $20 billion. It has a one 60-month base duration ranging from May 1, 2015 to April 30, 2020. There is another 60-month option duration ranging from May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2025. Now as a prime contract holder, Lilien Systems is among few companies permitted to complete task orders from DoD, federal or civilian agencies seeking to buy IT commodities and solutions.
Sysorex said that the latest contract is third such contract in the past two months. Last month, it was given a subcontract on the Enterprise Information Technology Services contract worth $249 million from the US Army. In April, it got an award on the “NASA SEWP V” contract.

In the first week of April, Sysorex reported it was awarded a contract in the NASA fifth Solutions for SEWP contract vehicle. It received the contract as part of the small business group known as “Group C”. It has a highest value of $20 billion with a one 5 year option period and base period of 5 years.
