TRI Pointe Group Inc (NYSE:TPH) reported that Bradley W. Blank will be the new President of Winchester Homes. Blank previously was VP, General Counsel & Secretary at TRI Pointe, offering him a distinctive perspective on the firm’s operations at both the corporate and divisional level.
Doug Bauer, the CEO of TRI Pointe, expressed that Blank has provided remarkable guidance to their Board of Directors and management teams throughout their fast-paced development over the preceding three years, particularly during the integration of all their homebuilding brands after the merger deal with Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company. His knowledge of company’s regional and national strategies, corporate culture and operational goals makes him well suited to this new profile, and will help warrant that the Winchester Homes brand sustains to thrive and grow in the Maryland/Virginia market.
Simultaneously comes the update that David C. Lee will become VP, General Counsel & Secretary of TRI Pointe Group. In the last four years, Lee has been an associate in the Los Angeles and Orange County offices of K&L Gates LLP. He earlier worked at Gibson and Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
Bauer added that Lee’s practical and deep expertise in securities and corporate law makes him a perfect fit to assume the responsibilities of General Counsel and Vice President.
