Apple Loop is taking a look at the security issues detected in the iOS and OSX as some of the challenges that the company has been facing recently. Among them also includes leaksof various projects including the iPad Pro.
There was a leak that the company is developing a new iPad called the iPad Pro as the iPad mini comes to the end of its life. Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) confirmed that the iPad mini will no longer be available, meaning it will no longer facilitate its manufacture. Instead, the leak suggested that the company is making way for the iPad Pro, which has been rumored for a long time. The development of the iOS 9 SDK has been hinting the introduction of the new device.
The company was also devastated by the security leak which revealed that the ‘rouge software’ can be coded into an application such that it allows access to personal information from other applications on iOS and OSX devices. The hack can also create unwarranted access to iCloud passwords. The hack was carried out by a group of academics who later wrote a report to the firm to inform them. Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) will have to get back to work to fix the loopholes so as to avoid an unattractive aftermath.
The company has had a great year so far, with the launch of the Apple Watch at the top of the list. However, there has been yet another leak that the company is already working on the next version of the Apple Watch. The leak included a few details such as extra tether-less functionality, email and text support and new application updates to come with its release. However, no significant changes have been made to its battery life. It was also rumored that the watch is expected to debut in April 2016.
In some other news, Apple’s case with Samsung is scheduled to get back to court as the competitor made an appeal against the ruling made in the previous case. The current value of damages after reviews is $548 million. If Samsung succeeds, a different ruling might ensue.
