Albany, New York (09/22/2014) – InterMune Inc (NASDAQ:ITMN) reported that it had entered into a Memorandum of Understanding related to consolidated Delaware action. The objective is to settle the litigation in the Court related to the agreement and plan of merger as of August 22, 2014 among Klee Acquisition Corporation, Roche Holdings, Inc. and InterMune, Inc. As per the Memorandum of Understanding, InterMune agreed to put together certain supplemental disclosures mentioned in the attached exhibit showing the amendment to its Schedule 14D-9 to be filed with the SEC on Monday, September 22, 2014.
